Young & Able

January 2014-2019

I founded Young & Able in 2014 as an e-commerce and seasonal pop-up shop of thoughtfully curated merchandise totaling 24 months of physical retail in New York. The core mission is to serve as a storytelling platform to help young designers and entrepreneurs showcase their handcrafted work in fashion, textile, jewelry and home goods. Since 2014, it has produced 20 pop-up shops and featured over 150+ unique designers in interviews, video content, creative workshops, and offline activations to engage with the community and inspire awareness.

I ideated, tested, and developed a full-service, multi-tier fee-based retail model for brands to access premium NY retail space leveraging female-founded story narrative, cross-category curation, and in-house marketing campaigns to drive $500K in total GMV.

Projects featured in notable media outlets like New York Magazine, Refinery29, Metro New York, PSFK, Architectural Digest, Lonny, New York Post, NBC, The Cut, etc.
